Do you love puzzles, people, and a little controlled chaos? We’re looking for outgoing, quick-thinking Gamemasters to join our team and help create unforgettable escape room experiences.
This isn’t your typical part-time job—you’ll be the behind-the-scenes mastermind making sure every group has an exciting, immersive adventure from start to finish.
🔐 What You’ll Do
- Welcome and check in guests with energy and enthusiasm
- Explain game rules and set the stage for each experience
- Monitor games from our control room (yes, you’re the “all-seeing eye”)
- Drop hints and clues to keep teams on track
- Ensure a safe, fun environment for all players
- Reset and clean rooms between games
- Perform light prop fixes and room upkeep

- Naturally outgoing and engaging personality
- Reliable, punctual, and calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and basic tech
- Able to multitask and think on your feet
📅 Availability Requirements
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays
- At least 3 out of 4 weekends per month
- Evening availability is a must
💰 Pay & Perks
- $17/hour + bonuses + tips
