Yes. Every player must sign the digital waiver specific to the room they are playing. The digital waiver link is sent at the same time the receipt is sent so please look for that email. You can sign the waiver from any mobile device and it will attach directly to your reservation. If you have minors in your group, look for the “Add Minor” button at the bottom and you can add their names to your waiver since you will be taking responsibility for them during the game.
Children under the age of 3 may accompany you in the room ONLY if they are in a stroller or are carried for the duration of the game. The room includes small parts and electronics that could pose safety concerns, and players will be focused on puzzles and unable to closely supervise young children.
Codeword Escape in Rocky Hill is our ONLY location that is handicap accessible. Quandary in Wallingford and Complexity in Farmington are located on the second floor in buildings that do not have elevators.
All games are monitored and recorded. If damage is determined to have resulted from unnecessary force or horseplay, you will be charged for repairs or replacement. Out of respect for the next group, please return any items right away. Items not returned within 24 hours will be charged to your group.
The cost per ticket will depend on how many players are in your group.
