Codeword Escape – Internal Employee Messaging Program

Program Description

Codeword Escape uses SMS messaging to communicate with employees regarding work-related matters including scheduling, shift reminders, operational updates, and urgent notifications. This program is strictly used for internal employee communications and is not used for marketing purposes.

Message Types

– Shift reminders and schedule updates

– Operational alerts and urgent notices

– Staff coordination and coverage requests
– New bookings and on-call notifications

– Customer cancellations

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Employees may receive between 1–10 messages per day depending on scheduling and operational needs.

Opt-In Process

Employees opt-in to receive SMS messages during the hiring or onboarding process by filling out the consent form below. As part of onboarding, employees provide their mobile phone number and explicitly consent to receive work-related text messages from Codeword Escape. 

Opt-Out Instructions

Employees may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, they will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive further SMS messages unless they opt back in.

Help Instructions

Employees can reply HELP at any time to receive additional information or contact management for support.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on the employee’s wireless carrier plan.
