Can you steal the loot before the Wallingford Mob returns?

You just got word that the Wallingford Mob has left their secret hide out for an hour to go do “a job”. Roomer has it that inside their hideout they left a large stash of money and gold. The stash is guarded by The Rat. If you can find The Rat before the Mob returns from their job, you have a change to steal the stash. Remember they will be back in an hour so use your time wisely!
